摘要
基于建筑信息模型(Building information modeling,BIM)模型对建筑全生命周期节能优化设计的问题进行研究。通过建立了西安某商业综合体BIM模型,结合其功能特点,从建筑节能各方面进行考虑,以建筑全生命周期为轨迹,对建筑朝向、构件优化、管线优化、运维管理等方面进行模拟分析从而制定节能方案;最后,将节能方案应用于实际项目进行验证分析。通过实际项目运用,在项目规划设计阶段利用被动式节能技术,本项目仅裙楼二层每年就将节省约7万元。由此对比分析体现了BIM技术应用在建筑节能设计方面的显著效果,不仅能达到更有效的节能效果,同时使建筑业能够进一步向信息化迈进。
In this paper, based on BIM model, energy-saving optimization design of building life cycle is studied. Based on the BIM model of a commercial complex in Xi’an, considering all aspects of building energy saving, and taking the whole life cycle of the building as the track, this paper simulates and analyzes the building orientation, component optimization, pipeline optimization, operation and maintenance management, so as to formulate the energy-saving scheme. Finally, the energy-saving scheme is applied to the construction of a commercial complex in Xi’an. The actual project is validated and analyzed. Through practical project application, passive energy-saving technology is used in project planning and design stage, which will save about 70,000 yuan per year on the second floor of the skirt building. The comparative analysis reflects the remarkable effect of BIM technology application in building energy-saving design. It can not only achieve more effective energy-saving effect, but also make the construction industry further move towards informatization.
