摘要
目的探讨针刺治疗气虚型、阳虚型后循环缺血眩晕的临床效果。方法选择本院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的80例气虚型、阳虚型后循环缺血眩晕患者为研究对象,按电脑数字表法将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,试验组在此基础上予以针刺治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组头晕目眩、神疲乏力、面色晄白、精神不振症状积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Vs、Vm均增加,且试验组大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的DHI评分均降低,MBI评分均升高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗气虚型、阳虚型后循环缺血眩晕可有效缓解患者症状,改善椎动脉血流动力学、眩晕障碍及日常活动能力。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of Qi deficiency type and Yang deficiency type. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 80 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of Qi deficiency type and Yang deficiency type were selected as study objects, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of computer digital table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on this basis. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of dizziness, fatigue, pale complexion and lack of energy in the two groups reduced, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the Vs and Vm of the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were larger than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the DHI score of the two groups decreased,the MBI score increased, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of Qi deficiency type and Yang deficiency type can effectively relieve the symptoms, improve the hemodynamics, vertigo disorder and the ability of daily activities of patients.
