摘要
目的探究补阳还五汤联合红光局部照射康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的110例脑卒中后SHS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组(55例)与研究组(55例)。对照组行红光局部照射康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以补阳还五汤口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前、后的肩关节疼痛程度,上肢日常活动功能及患肢运动功能。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分、肿胀积分及DASH评分均降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分均升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合红光局部照射康复治疗脑卒中后SHS患者可缓解患肢疼痛、肿胀,有效提高患肢日常活动能力及运动功能,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with red light local irradiation rehabilitation on shoulder hand syndrome(SHS) after stroke. Methods A total of 110 patients with SHS after stroke admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(55 cases) and study group(55 cases) according to the random number method. The control group received red light local irradiation rehabilitation treatment, and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, the degree of shoulder joint pain, the function of daily activity of upper limb and the motor function of affected limb before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.55%, which was higher than 81.82% in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of VAS, swelling and DASH of the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups increased, and that in the study group was higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with red light local irradiation rehabilitation on SHS after stroke can relieve the pain and swelling of the affected limb, effectively ameliorate the ability of daily activities and motor function of the affected limb, and improve the prognosis.
