摘要
目的观察可调式髋关节防脱位垫在全髋关节置换术后下肢体位固定中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院收治的260例全髋关节置换术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数余数分组法分为对照组(130例)和研究组(130例)。对照组采用梯型垫固定并给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用可调式髋关节防脱位垫固定。比较两组术后患者体位舒适度、Harris髋关节功能评分、使用防脱位垫总遵从率、髋关节脱位发生率。结果研究组的体位舒适度和Harris髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的使用防脱位垫遵从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的髋关节脱位率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可调式髋关节防脱位垫防脱位效果显著,通过调节大小可提高患者的体位舒适度和使用防脱位垫遵从率,从而提高髋关节置换术后患者的康复效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of adjustable hip anti-dislocation pad after total hip arthroplasty on the lower limbs fixation.Methods A total of 260 patients with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled as study subjects,they were divided into control group(130 cases)and study group(130 cases)according to the random number remainder grouping method.The control group was fixed with ladder pad and given routine care,the study group was fixed with adjustable hip anti-dislocation pad on the basis of control group.Postoperatie comfort,Harris hip function score,total compliance rate using anti-dislocation pad,and incidence of hip dislocation were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperatie comfort and Harris hip function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The compliance rate of anti-dislocation pad in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of hip dislocation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjustable anti-dislocation pad of the hip joint has a significant anti-dislocation effect.By adjusting the size,the comfort of the patients′posture and the compliance rate of the anti-dislocation pad can be improved,so as to improve the rehabilitation effect of the patient after total hip arthroplasty,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
