摘要
提出双层Halbach永磁电机的二维解析模型,模型中转子永磁包括内外两层,每层每极均由两块永磁构成,且每层中间磁块均为径向磁化。通过分区域求解标量磁位的微分方程,解析得到双层Halbach无槽电机的气隙磁场。利用卡特系数考虑齿槽作用,解析获得双层Halbach有槽电机的气隙磁场。接着,为优化气隙磁场波形,分别解析获得外层径向磁化磁块的最优极弧比和内层径向磁化磁块的最优极弧比,从而获得双层Halbach电机气隙磁场的优化解。计算结果表明,双层Halbach电机不仅气隙磁场和反电势的波形正弦度都优于单层Halbach电机,而且电磁转矩的波动更小,因此具有更好的电磁性能。二维有限元法与二维解析法计算结果一致性较好,验证了二维解析模型的正确性。
A 2-dimensional(2D)analitycal model of a permanent magnet(PM)motor with two-layer Halbach was proposed.In the model,there is two-piece Halbach array and a radially magnetized magnet piece for every pole of each layer.The air-gap magnetic fields in the slotless two-layer Halbach motor were analytically obtained by solving the differential equations with magnetic scalar potential.The slot effect was considered by a Carter′s factor,and the air-gap magnetic fields in the slotted two-layer Halbach motor were derived.The optimal pole-arc ratio of the radially magnetized magnet piece were separately analytically gained for each layer and the air-gap magnetic fields were analytically optimized for the two-layer Halbach motor.The predicted results show that the two-layer Halbach motor exhibits a higher sine degree of both the air-gap magnetic field and the back electromotive force than the single-layer one,thus improving the electromagnetic performance.A 2D finite element method is employed to confirm the 2D analytical model.
