摘要
某出口欧洲的锆U型管热交换器胀接要求极为严格,胀接操作难度大,在没有类似胀接经验的情况下,进行了管板与换热管的胀接模型试验。通过采取控制管孔加工精度、调整胀接压力、调整胀接充液/胀接/退液时间、控制胀接过程、加强胀接后检查等措施,保证了该换热管与管板的胀接效果和热交换器的顺利制作,满足了客户的产品需求。
The tubesheet-tube expanding connection mock-up test of a zirconium U-shape tube heat exchanger to be exported to Europe was conducted due to strict requirements of the client, complicated operating and less experience. By adopting measures such as controlling the processing accuracy of the tubesheet holes, adjusting expansion pressure, adjusting expansion oil filling/expansion/de-oiling process time, controlling the expansion process and strengthening the inspection after expansion, the expansion of the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet was guaranteed, the heat exchanger was well manufactured with the client’s satisfaction.
