摘要
在信息不对称背景下,我国乳制品供应链养殖、生产、检验、加工、消费环节缺乏有效的激励、约束、信息传递以及信任机制,从而导致所有主体行为关系协调不一致。本文分析了乳制品供应链各个环节存在的质量安全问题,并有针对性提出解决措施,为推动产业持续健康的发展提供理论借鉴。
Under the background of information asymmetry, China’s dairy product supply chain lacks effective incentives, information transmission and trust mechanism in the process of breeding, production, inspection, processing and consumption, which leads to inconsistent coordination of all subject behaviors. This paper analyzes the problems existing in each link of the dairy product supply chain, and proposes solutions in a targeted manner to provide theoretical reference for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
