摘要
利用不同的托网帘,制备不同面密度的平纹水刺非织造材料及网目水刺非织造材料,并从单纤维抽拔力、束纤维勾取力、材料拉伸断裂强力及抗弯刚度等方面研究水刺非织造材料的力学性能。结果表明:单纤维抽拔力可以表征纤维的缠结效果,单纤维抽拔力越大,则纤维间的缠结越紧密,材料的拉伸断裂强力越大;与相同面密度的平纹水刺非织造材料相比,22目水刺非织造材料具有更好的力学性能及柔软度,适合用作全棉水刺擦拭材料。
Plain spunlaced nonwovens and mesh spunlaced nonwovens with different surface densities were prepared by using different bottom aprons,and their mechanical properties were studied from the aspects of single fiber pulling force,bundle fibers pulling force,tensile breaking strength and bending stiffness etc.The results showed that the single fiber pulling force could represent the effect of fiber entanglement.The higher the single fiber pulling force,the tighter the tangles between the fibers,and the higher the tensile breaking strength of the material.Compared with the plain spunlaced nonwovens with the same surface density,22-mesh spunlaced nonwovens had better mechanical properties and softness,which was suitable for cotton spunlaced wipes.
