摘要
西方成功的CBE和OBE教育模式,对人力资源管理专业职业胜任力中的创新创业能力培养,具有重要的借鉴作用。目前CBE和OBE模式视角下教学中的不足,影响了职业胜任力为导向的人力资源管理专业大学生创新创业能力培养。通过CBE和OBE模式充分借鉴融合使用,确立职业胜任力为本位,创新创业能力为核心的定位;以学生为中心,变革创新创业能力培养方式方法;实施真实性评价等,必将有效推进职业胜任为导向的人力资源管理大学生创新创业能力培养。
The successful CBE and OBE education models in the West have an important reference role for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in the professional competence of human resources management. At present, the shortcomings in the teaching under the perspective of CBE and OBE model affect the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in human resources management who are oriented by professional competence. Through the integration using of CBE and OBE models, establishing professional competence as the standard, innovation and entrepreneurship as the core positioning;Taking students as the center and innovating entrepreneurship training methods;Implementing authenticity evaluation, the professional competency-oriented human resources management college students ’innovation and entrepreneurship ability will be improved.
