摘要
以上海某化工企业的高含盐含小分子有机物废水为研究对象,理论分析了反渗透技术去除小分子有机物乙酸的可行性,并通过中试试验进行验证。对中试试验期间发生的反渗透膜污堵,实施了化学清洗,并进一步对预处理工艺进行改进。增设超滤装置后,试验效果良好,证明反渗透膜能有效去除小分子有机物乙酸,并可通过定时冲洗有效避免膜污染。
Taking the wastewater containing high salinity and small molecule organic compounds as research object in a chemical enteiprise in Shanghai,the feasibility of reverse osmosis technology to remove small molecule organic acid was analyzed and verified by pilot test.The reverse osmosis membrane fouling occurred when the pilot test was cleaned by chemical method,and pretreatment process was improved.After adding ultrafiltration device,the experiment showed that reverse osmosis membrane could effectively remove small molecule organic acid,and membrane contamination could be effectively avoided by regular washing.
