摘要
煤矿矿井水是在煤炭井工开采过程中排放到环境水体的一种煤炭工业废水。新形势下矿井水处理标准日趋严格,传统的矿井水处理工艺已经不能满足目前的环保要求。文中比较传统工艺和无机陶瓷膜过滤技术,分析无机陶瓷膜过滤技术的实际工程案例。结果表明,采用无机陶瓷膜过滤技术对矿井水进行处理后出水水质能够满足新形势下环保要求,为其他煤矿企业对矿井水处理工艺的提标改造提供技术参考。
Mine drainage is a kind of coal industrial waste water discharged into environmental water body in the process of coal well mining.Under new situation of increasingly strict standards for mine drainage treatment,traditional treatment technology cannot satisfy the requirements of environmental protection.Traditional technology and inorganic ceramic membrane filtration technology are compared,and actual engineering cases of inorganic ceramic membrane filtration technology are analyzed in the article.The results show that the treatment with inorganic ceramic membrane filtration technology can meet new requirements of environmental protection,and provide technical references for the upgrading and reconstruction of mine water treatment process in other coal mining enterprises.
