摘要
以芳樟195#一年生扦插苗为试验对象,通过二次正交回旋组合设计试验研究接种固氮菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌对芳樟苗高生长的影响。结果表明:微生物菌肥促生芳樟的苗高生长效果极显著(P=0.001),芳樟的苗高增长最大的是处理9(固氮菌=20亿只/盆、巨大芽孢杆菌=40亿只/盆、胶冻样芽孢杆菌=40亿只/盆、枯草芽孢杆菌=40亿只/盆),其苗高增长量为34.53cm,比对照高1.98倍。这表明,微生物菌剂对芳樟的苗高促生效果显著,且在不同生长期,不同的微生物菌肥组合对芳樟的苗高生长具有不同的促生作用。
Based on annual Cinnamomum camphora 195 code cuttings,The effects of inoculation of Azotobacter chroococum,Bacillus magaterium,Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus subtilis on the Seedling height of C. camphora.The result shows:The growth effect of microbial fertilizer-promoting C. camphora was extremely significant(P=0.001). The highest growth of C. camphora seedlings was treatment 9(Azotobacter chroococum=2 billion/pot,Bacillus mucilaginosus=4 billion/pot,Bacillus magaterium =4 billion/pot,Bacillus subtilis=4 billion/pot),and the growth rate of seedlings was 34.53 cm,which was 1.98 times higher than the control.It is indicated that the microbial agents have a significant effect on the growth of C. camphora seedlings,and different microbial fertilizer combinations have different growth promoting effects on C. camphora seedling height growth in different growth stages.
