摘要
为研究装药量对某典型点火器输出冲击的影响,分别用压力传感器和压电式加速度传感器测量了点火器的输出压力和响应加速度,分析了冲击响应谱。结果表明:点火器输出峰值压力与装药量的关系符合诺贝尔-阿贝尔状态方程;在1000 Hz^10000 Hz频率范围内,冲击响应谱差值随装药量增加呈线性变化的关系。
In order to study the effects of loading doses on the output pyrotechnic shock of a typical igniter,the output pressure was measured with a pressure sensor and the acceleration response was measured using piezoelectric accelerometers.The effects of loading doses on the output shock were analyzed with the shock response spectrum(SRS)calculated from acceleration-time histories.It is found that the relation between loading doses and peak pressure shows good agreement with the Nobel-Abel covolume equation of state(EOS);the difference value of SRSs shows a linear growth under different loading doses in the frequency range 1000 Hz—10000 Hz.
