摘要
校外实习基地是大学生专业实习的重要保障。深圳大学材料学院在建设深圳市计量质量检测研究院大学生校外实习基地的过程中,针对学生实习兴趣不强,实习容易干扰实习单位正常生产经营等问题提出相应的解决措施。具体为通过和实际生活中用品相结合的丰富材料专业知识来提升学生的实习兴趣;建立长效实习机制让学生成为实习单位的好帮手。近年来通过这些举措的实施,学生在实习中收获颇丰,实习单位乐于为学校提供实习机会,双方建设优秀实习基地,实现了合作共赢。
Practice base is very important for undergraduate’s major study especial for material major study.During the building of Shenzhen Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection Practice Base of Shenzhen University,Our College made some solutions to solve the common problems such as no interesting about practice in enterprise,some disturb to the enterprise etc.We improved the student’s practice interesting through the detailed material knowledge studying used in the practice before going to the enterprise.And we let the student to become helpful to the enterprise.Through these solution,students get my knowledge’s and enterprise like to offer practice opportunity for students.Both the enterprise and school are winners.
