摘要
本研究应用血凝与血凝抑制试验对2017~2019年10月山东省不同规模养禽场送检的7096份鸡蛋、血清样品进行了鸡新城疫、H9亚型禽流感、H5亚型禽流感、H7亚型禽流感和减蛋综合征五种疾病的抗体检测,结果表明大部分养殖场户群体抗体免疫合格率达到100%,可获得良好的免疫屏障,减少疾病的发生和流行。
In this study,it was used hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests to detect the antibodies of 7096 eggs and serum samples from different scale poultry farms in Shandong Province from October 2017 to October 2019,including Newcastle disease,avian influenza H9,H5,H7 subtypes and egg drop syndrome.The results showed that the qualified rate of antibody immunization of most farm households reached 100%,and good immune barrier could be obtained to reduce the occurrence and prevalence of diseases.
