摘要
近年来,儒家思想对企业经营的影响受到国内外学者的高度重视,但现有研究还存在儒家思想核心理念引用不准确、量表不能真实反映儒家价值观等问题。为了能给研究者提供一个对儒家思想体系简明而清晰的理解,帮助他们使用正确的儒家思想理念并构建出反映儒家思想本质的量表,本文应用后民族志方法,对研究儒家思想的67篇文献进行质性分析,总结出了儒家思想的核心理念及其因果关系,并给出了各核心理念的层次化维度。
In recent years,the influence of Confucianism on enterprise management has been highly valued by scholars at home and abroad.However,there are still some problems in the current research,such as inaccurate quotation of the core ideas of Confucianism and inaccurate reflection of Confucian values by the scales.In order to provide researchers with a concise and clear understanding of the Confucian ideological system and help them use correct Confucian ideas and construct a scale reflecting the essence of Confucianism,this paper applies a post-ethnography method to conduct a qualitative analysis of 67 documents on Confucianism,and summarizes the core concepts of Confucianism and their causal relations,and also presents the hierarchical dimensions of the core concepts.
