摘要
介绍了ANSYS软件,并使用其对某热电池试验工装进行随机振动模拟分析。通过分析及试验验证,结果表明试验工装A设计不满足工装设计原则,且在热电池支耳处产生应力较大,热电池在试验工装A上所受加速度量级被放大,从而优选出试验工装B作为热电池随机振动用试验工装,为后续热电池试验工装设计与工程试验提供一种新的思路和技术方法。
The concept of ANSYS was introduced,and the random vibration of a thermal battery test tooling was simulated.The results show the A design of the test tooling does not meet design principle of the tooling,the greater stress is generated in the ear of the thermal battery,the acceleration magnitude of the thermal battery on the test tooling A is magnified,so the test tooling B is selected as the test tooling for the random vibration of the thermal battery.It provides a new way of thinking and technology for the subsequent structure design and engineering test of thermal battery.
