摘要
目的建立以反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定颈痛消丸中龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsic C 18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;使用甲醇-水(28∶72)为流动相进行等度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;柱温为30℃;检测波长为277nm。结果龙胆苦苷进样量在0.185~1.297μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.71%,RSD为1.10%。结论该方法简便准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于颈痛消丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of gentiopicroside in JingTongXiao Pill by RP-HPLC.METHODS The HPLC analysis was carried out on column Diamonsic C 18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(28∶72)at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The column temperature was kept at 30℃and the UV detection wave length was set at 277nm.RESULTS The linear range of gentiopicroside was 0.185-1.297μg(r=0.9998)and the average recovery was 98.71%(RSD=1.10%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,specific and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of JingTongXiao Pill.
