摘要
目的提高门诊西药房带教质量,提升实习生药学服务技能。方法总结近3年门诊西药房在应用“分-全带教”的教学经验。结果实施分-全带教后,带教药师根据实习生的专业背景、能力分层次教学,按照教学计划分阶段教学,可以使实习生快速提升工作能力,进入药师角色,积累临床服务经验。结论应用“分-全带教”模式,有利于提高门诊西药房实习教学质量,提升实习生药学服务技能。
OBJECTIVE To improve the teaching quality in out-patient dispensary and upgrade the students′pharmaceutical service skills.METHODS Make a summary of teaching experience of using the Point-All Teaching in out-patient dispensary in nearly 3 years.RESULTS Since using the Point-All Teaching,the teachers make multi-level teaching on the basis of the students′specialties and abilities.According to the teaching plan,the students improve their working abilities rapidly and gather clinical service experience as a pharmacist in the multi-level teaching.CONCLUSION The use of Point-All Teaching mode is good for improving the quality of practice and teaching in out-patient dispensary and upgrade the students′pharmaceutical service skills.
