摘要
目的:构建成年贵州小型猪心肌初始T1值正常数据,并探讨心肌不同区域、性别及体质量对心肌初始T1值影响。方法:利用1.5 T MRI对16头成年贵州小型猪(实验组)及16例成年正常人(对照组)行T1Mapping序列扫描,测量左室心底、心中及心尖部心肌初始T1值,比较其差异性,并统计分析小型猪心肌初始T1值与性别、体质量的关系。结果:实验组左室心底、心中、心尖部心肌初始T1值分别为(979.85±57.52)、(992.85±57.66)、(985.00±42.87)ms,三者差异无统计学意义(F=0.243,P=0.785),实验组和对照组左室心底、心中、心尖部心肌初始T1值间差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。雄性小型猪左室心底、心中、心尖部心肌初始T1值分别为(940.03±44.00)、(947.45±40.18)、(958.23±34.60)ms,均低于雌性小型猪相应区域的心肌T1值[(1 019.68±39.09)、(1 038.25±28.25)、(1 011.78±33.22)ms],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组整体心肌平均T1值为(985.90±51.02)ms,与体质量呈负相关(r=-0.730,P=0.001)。结论:贵州小型猪心肌初始T1值正常数据的建立,可为利用T1Mapping技术评价小型猪心血管模型心肌损伤提供资料对比,同时在未来T1Mapping技术研究中,对照组建立需考虑性别、体质量的差异性。
Objective:To construct the normal data of myocardial T1 in adult Guizhou miniature pigs and to explore the effects of different regions,sex and weight on T1 values. Methods:A total of 16 adult Guizhou miniature pigs(8 males and 8 females)and 16 adult volunteers(control group) were scanned by 1.5 T MRI with T1 Mapping sequences. Native T1 values of left ventricular basal,central and apical myocardium were measured and compared. The relationship between native T1 value and sex,native T1 value and weight were statistically analyzed. Results:The T1 values of basal,central and apical parts for left ventricular myocardium in adult Guizhou miniature pigs were(979.85±57.52)ms,(992.85±57.66)ms,and(985.00±42.87)ms,and there was no significant difference in three overall(F= 0.243,P= 0.785). There were no significant difference in the T1 values of basal,central and apical parts for left ventricular myocardium between Guizhou miniature pigs and adult volunteers. The T1 values of basal,central and apical parts for left ventricular myocardium in male pigs were(940.03±44.00)ms and(947.45±40.18) ms and(958.23±34.60)ms,which were lower than those of female miniature pigs,and their values were(1 019.68±39.09)ms,(1 038.25±28.25)ms and(1 011.78±33.22)ms. There were significant difference in the T1 values of left ventricular myocardium between male and female miniature pigs(P<0.05). The mean T1 value of left ventricular global myocardium in Guizhou miniature pigs was(985.90±51.02)ms,and negatively correlated with weight(r=-0.730,P= 0.001). Conclusions:The normal data of myocardial T1 values in Guizhou miniature pigs can provide information for evaluating the myocardial injury of miniature pigs which are made into cardiovascular models by T1 Mapping technology. At the same time,when researchers by T1 Mapping technology to do study in the future,gender and weight differences should be taken into account when establishing control groups.
