摘要
辽宁省某水利工程引水隧洞存在技术难度高、埋深大、洞线长以及沿线地质灾害突出等特点,有必要选择安全快速的掘进方法确保项目预期发电目标的实现和工程的安全施工,对此深入分析论证和调查研究了TBM工法。结果显示:TBM施工技术在岩石的变形、破坏特征、耐磨性和可钻性等方面具有良好的可行性;相对于传统的钻爆法TBM施工在处理不良地质条件时具有一定的优势,尤其是对于遇地下水、岩爆和大变形等情况能够更好的保护人员与设备的安全;结合超前预报技术方法和先进的技术工艺,TBM施工可有效地处理大中型水电站施工时遇到的一些技术难题。
The delivery tunnel of a water conservancy project in Liaoning Province is characterized as high technical difficulty,big buried depth,long tunnel line and prominent geological disasters along the line,it is necessary to choose a safe and rapid driving method to guarantee the predicted power generation purpose and safe construction of the project,for this,the TMB construction method was demonstrated and analyzed.The results show that:TBM construction technology has favorable feasibility in deformation,failure characteristics,abrasion performance and drillability;comparable with traditional borehole-blasting method,TBM construction has certain advantages in dealing with unfavorable geological conditions,especially for those situation such as ground water,rockburst and large-deformation,to better protect the safety of personnel and equipment;combined with advanced prediction technical method and technical process,TMB construction can deal with effectively some technical difficulties met in large and middle style of power station construction.
