摘要
通过分析河流健康基本内涵综合考虑了河道服务、生态、资源及环境等多因素协同影响效应,在遵循层次性、可获取性、代表性和系统性原则的基础上建立河流健康评价等级和指标体系。然后以赣江南昌段河道为研究对象,综合考虑河流健康评价的模糊性、复杂性特征构建一种耦合了云模型理论与模糊层次法的综合模型,通过对比分析其他方法评价结果验证了该模型的可行性与可靠性。研究表明:在河流健康评价中所采用的层次模糊法具有科学合理性,赣江南昌段河道属于亚健康状态,有必要实施有效的保护措施进一步提升其健康水平;可为其他河段的健康评价及河道治理提供一定参考。
By analyzing the basic contents of river health,multi-factor synergistic effects of the river course service,ecology,resource and environment and so on were considered comprehensively,following the principle of hierarchy,accessibility and system,the river health evaluation grade and index system was established.Then,taking the river course of Nanchang section in Ganjiang river as the object studied,based on comprehensive considerations about the fuziness and complexity of river health evaluation,a comprehensive model coupling cloud model theory and fuzzy hierarchy method was constructed,and the feasibility and dependability of this model were verified by comparing and analyzing those results evaluated with other methods.The results show that:the hierarchical fuzzy method adopted in evaluating the river health is scientific and reasonable,the river course of Nanchang section in the Ganjiang river belongs to sub-health status,it is necessary to carry out effective protection measures to improve it health level further,and may provide a certain reference for health evaluation and river regulation of other river sections.
