摘要
针对煤层气在抽采过程中遇到的自然发火、管路爆炸、堵孔、漏气、浓度变低、负压变小等智能化抽采监控程度较低等问题,设计开发了瓦斯智能抽采监控系统。分析了瓦斯智能抽采监控指标体系,详细介绍了瓦斯智能抽采监控系统的智能监控、上位机以及触摸屏功能模块设计。实际应用表明,该系统具有数据自动采集、数据处理、临界值设定、实时数据查询、设备智能调节等功能,实现了瓦斯抽采数据远程实时智能分析与识别,提高了我国煤矿瓦斯抽采过程中的自动化和智能化水平。
In view of the problems encountered in the process of coalbed methane drainage,such as spontaneous combustion,pipeline explosion,hole blockage,gas leakage,low concentration,reduction of negative pressure and other low-degree intelligent monitoring and control of coalbed methane drainage,an intelligent monitoring and control system for coalbed methane drainage was designed and developed.This paper analyzed the monitoring index system of the intelligent drainage of coalbed methane,and introduced in detail the design of the intelligent monitoring system,the upper computer and the touch screen function module.Practical application showed that the system has the functions of automatic data acquisition,data processing,critical value setting,real-time data query,intelligent equipment adjustment,such as the CBM drainage data remote real-time intelligent analysis and recognition,improving coal bed methane drainage process automation and intelligent level of coal mines in China.
