摘要
微束等离子弧增材制造具有成型效率高、成型精度好的优点,采用微束等离子弧为热源,以ER308L不锈钢丝材为试验材料,采用不同的熔敷路径,进行微束等离子弧增材制造成形,分析了成形件的结构与组织性能,采用“Z”字熔敷路径成形比采用单向熔敷路径的试样成型更好;通过性能测试和组织对比分析得出,采用“Z”字熔敷路径成形和单向熔敷路径成形时,试样组织均为奥氏体和铁素体,而“Z”字熔敷路径成形试样组织有明显交错;“Z”字熔敷路径成形时抗拉强度、硬度、延伸率均高于单向熔敷路径成形的试样。
Micro-plasma arc additive manufacturing has the mirits of high forming accuracy and efficiency.In this research micro-plasma arc additive manufacture was perform using ER308L wire through different forming paths.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the obtained components were investigated.The results show that the components quality of the Z-type forming path is better than the unidirectional ones.The former has higher tensile strength,hardness value and percentage of elongation because of a crossed microstructure and both components composed of austenite and ferrite.
