摘要
目的分析公共卫生中微生物检验标本不合格的原因,总结有效的质量控制措施。方法对2017年1月—2018年12月本中心收入的公共卫生中微生物检验标本进行分析,计算不合格标本出现率,分析标本不合格的原因,制订相应的质量控制措施。结果600份收集的公共卫生微生物检验标本中有80份不合格,不合格率为13.33%。其中21.25%为水质检验标本,32.50%为公共卫生用具检验标本,26.25%为一次性消毒餐具检验标本,20.00%为空气检验标本;引起标本不合格的原因包括标本本身质量差、采集流程不当、检验流程错误、实验室环境不当。结论检验方面问题、标本质量问题是引起公共卫生微生物标本不合格的重要原因,疾控中心必须认真取材,不断优化检验流程,注重检验人员的专业培训,提升其技能水平,通过多种措施共同实施,逐步提升公共卫生中微生物检验标本合格率。
Objective To analyze the causes of unqualified microbiological test specimens in public health and summarize effective quality control measures.Methods The microbiological examination specimens of public health in the control center of January 2017 to December 2018 were analyzed.The incidence rate of unqualified specimens was calculated,the reasons for unqualified specimens were analyzed,and corresponding quality control measures were formulated.Results Among the 600 collected public health microbiological test specimens,80 were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 13.33%.Among them,21.25%are water quality inspection specimens,32.50%are public sanitary appliances inspection specimens,26.25%are disposable disinfection tableware inspection specimens,and 20.00%are air inspection specimens;the reasons for unqualified specimens include poor quality of specimens,improper collection process,the inspection process is wrong and the laboratory environment is improper.Conclusion The problem of inspection and the quality of specimens are important reasons for the unqualified public health microbial specimens.The CDC must carefully select materials,continuously optimize the inspection process,pay attention to the professional training of inspectors,improve their skill level.The pass rate of microbiological test specimens in public health will gradually improve through kinds of measures implemented jointly.
