摘要
当前,大学生心理健康教育不断得到各方主体重视,大学生心理素质对学生个体发展和社会发展的作用也越来越凸显。然而,作为开展大学生心理健康教育主渠道的高校,仍以"消极心理学"观下的"疾病模式"教育为主,其课程观念陈旧不能满足新时代学生发展特点、课程实施呆板不能调动学生参与积极性、教学内容建设滞后不能发挥课程"防治+发展"效用、课程评价不科学难以真实反映学生心理发展水平,因此,应有效融合"消极"心理学和积极心理学优势,树立"防治+发展"课程新理念、探索"4+X模块"课程设置模式、创新课堂教学组织形式、编制"消极+积极"融合教学内容、完善多元化课程评价方式,以促进学生全面和谐、可持续发展。
At present, the mental health education of college students has been paid more and more attention by all parties, and the role of college students psychological quality in their individual development and social development has become increasingly prominent. However, as the main channel to carry out mental health education for college students, colleges still focus on "disease mode" Education under the perspective of negative psychology. The outdated curriculum concept can not meet the characteristics of students’ development in the new era, the rigid curriculum implementation can not mobilize students’ enthusiasm for participation, and the lagging construction of teaching content can not give full play to the curriculum. Lagging of teaching content construction leads to insufficient effectiveness of prevention + development, and the evaluation of curriculum are not scientific. Therefore, we should effectively integrate the advantages of negative psychology and positive psychology, establish the new concept of prevention and cure + development curriculum, explore the curriculum setting mode of 4 + X module, innovate the organizational form of classroom teaching, and compile teaching contents from the perspective of Negative + Positive, improve diversified curriculum evaluation methods, in order to promote students’ overall harmony and sustainable development.
