摘要
介绍了某公司30万t/a Unipol聚丙烯生产装置生产工艺及运行情况,针对目前装置使用进口催化剂存在的局限性,通过工业化试验对比了国产催化剂与进口SHAC系列催化剂在工艺运行参数、聚丙烯产品性能、装置运行物耗及能耗、经济性的差别。结果表明:国产催化剂在生产和工艺上均能满足聚丙烯的生产需求,其能耗、物耗与进口催化剂相当,且生产的聚丙烯产品质量优异,验证了国产催化剂在Unipol装置工业化的可行性,国产催化剂采购周期短、采购价格低,对装置降本增效、平稳运行有着显著意义,为国产催化剂的研发提供了方向。
The production process and operation of 300 kt/a Unipol polypropylene plant in a company are introduced. In view of the limitations of using imported catalysts,the differences between domestic catalysts and imported SHAC series catalysts in process operation parameters,polypropylene product performance,operation material and energy consumption and economy are compared through industrial tests.The results show that the domestic catalyst can meet the production demand of polypropylene in terms of production and process,the energy and material consumption are equivalent to those of imported catalyst,and the quality of polypropylene products produced is excellent.The industrialization feasibility of domestic catalyst in Unipol unit is verified.The domestic catalyst procurement cycle is short and the procurement price is low,which is significant for cost reduction, efficiency increase and stable operation of the unit,and provides a direction for the research and development of domestic catalysts.
