摘要
根据鞍钢高炉布料溜槽的特点,开发了高炉炉料落点数学模型,提出了料面形状数学模型求解方法,并应用该模型定量分析了鞍钢5^#高炉(2580 m^3)料面形状和径向矿焦比情况,得出高炉炉喉中心部位焦层厚度大,中心加焦面积广,中心区域矿焦比高,易造成高炉燃耗高、稳定性差,甚至引起高炉崩料或悬料。
According to the features of distributing chutes for a BF(blast furnace)in Ansteel,the mathematical model for falling points of charging stock in the BF was developed.And then the solution method for the mathematical model on charge level was proposed.By applying the model,the forms of charge level and the radial ratio of ore to coke in terms of the No.5 BF(2580 m^3)in Ansteel was analyzed quantificationally.It was concluded that the heavy thickness of coke layers in the center of the furnace throat caused to increase the large area of adding coke in the center and as a result the ratio of ore to coke in the central area was high,which was apt to bring about high burnup and low stability of BF and even slippings or hang-ups occurred in BF.
