摘要
吉尔吉斯斯坦是中国传统睦邻友好国家,农牧业生产在其国民经济中的地位举足轻重。农业国际合作是中吉两国共建利益共同体和命运共同体的最佳结合点之一。在分别描述中国、吉尔吉斯斯坦农产品贸易情况和中吉农产品双边贸易发展的基础上,通过测算1995-2017年中吉两国的显示性比较优势指数(RCA)和贸易互补性指数(TCI),对双边农产品贸易的竞争性和互补性进行分析发现,吉尔吉斯斯坦整体农产品RCA指数高于中国农产品RCA指数,但中国和吉尔吉斯斯坦农产品的互补性较强;梳理吉尔吉斯斯坦未来农业发展战略,采用SWOT分析方法剖析中吉农业发展合作环境发现,中吉两国农业合作耦合度高,产业互补性强,合作前景广阔。在此基础上,从农产品贸易、技术贸易和服务贸易等3个方面对未来中吉农业国际合作进行了展望。
Kyrgyzstan is a traditional good neighborly and friendly country of China, and the agricultural and animal husbandry production plays an important role in the national economy of Kyrgyzstan. International agricultural cooperation is one of the best combination points for China and Kyrgyzstan to build a community of shared interests and shared future. On the basis of describing the trade of agricultural products in China and Kyrgyzstan, and the development of bilateral agricultural trade between China and Kyrgyzstan, the competitiveness and complementarity of bilateral agricultural trade were analyzed by calculating the revealed comparative advantage(RCA) index and trade complementarity(TCI) index of the two countries from 1995 to2017. It was found that the RCA index of Kyrgyzstan agricultural products was higher than that of Chinese agricultural products, but the agricultural products of China and Kyrgyzstan were highly complementary.Combing the future agricultural development strategy of Kyrgyzstan, using SWOT analysis method to analyze the agricultural development cooperation environment between China and Kyrgyzstan, the conclusion was that China and Kyrgyzstan enjoyed a high degree of coupling in agricultural cooperation, strong industrial complementarity and broad prospects for cooperation. Based on the conclusion, the international agricultural cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan was forecasted from agricultural products trade, technology trade and services trade.
