摘要
近年来,在城市“溢出效应”和乡村振兴战略实施的双重作用下,越来越多的农民工选择回乡创业。根据返乡创业成功农民工的深度访谈记录和门户网站创业案例的质性研究,从创业机会识别、业务开拓和团队管理的创业过程中,提炼出认知、态度、能力和实践4个维度和11个子维度的创业领导力特质。通过创业领导力动力机制、情境场域和协同管理系统的建设,培育和提升返乡农民工的创业领导力,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供人才支撑。
In recent years,more and more migrant workers choose to go back to their hometown to start their own businesses under the dual effects of urban“spillover effect”and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.According to the in-depth interview records of migrant workers who have successfully returned home to start their own businesses and the qualitative research on the entrepreneurial cases of portal websites,the entrepreneurial leadership characteristics of four dimensions and 11 sub dimensions of cognition,attitude,ability and practice are extracted from the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurial opportunity identification,business development and team management.Through the construction of entrepreneurial leadership power mechanism,situational field and collaborative management system,we can cultivate and enhance the entrepreneurial leadership of migrant workers returning home,and provide talent support for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
