摘要
基于液晶显示器(LCD)有厚度薄、高输出功率密度、开关损耗低等特点,通过采用变频控制下的双谐振LLC变换器,对谐振网络参数进行优化设计,避免了由谐振参数不一致引起的功率分配不均匀的问题。通过基波分析法对变换器进行建模分析,推导了电压增益特性方程,根据变换器的谐振特性及实际要求对整个谐振网络参数进行优化设计。通过在实验室中进行一台120W原理样机的搭建,经过调试工作,完成了优化设计的实验验证。
Based on the characteristics of liquid crystal display(LCD),such as thin thickness,high output power density and low switching loss,the parameters of resonant network are optimized by using dual-resonant LLC converter controlled by frequency conversion,which avoids the problem of uneven power distribution caused by inconsistent resonant parameters.The fundamental wave analysis method is used to model and analyze the converter,and the voltage gain characteristic equation is deduced.According to the resonant characteristics and practical requirements of the converter,the parameters of the whole resonant network are optimized.Through the construction of a 120W prototype in the laboratory,after debugging,the experimental verification of the optimal design has been completed.
