摘要
异形板桥梁桩基主动托换对变形要求严格,托换时顶升力的确定极为重要。异形板桥梁在长期使用过程中,由于混凝土徐变、桩基不均匀沉降等因素,桥梁实际受力与理论计算不一致,通过地面预支顶现场试验测定桥墩的实际受力,并与理论计算进行对比分析以确定顶升力。同时,介绍了托换方案比选、托换结构设计、减小托换沉降的控制措施、主要监测项目及控制值等,托换过程中的全自动化监测结果显示,托换满足设计和工前评估要求。
The active underpinning of the pile foundation of the special-shaped bridge is strict in deformation,and the lifting force during the underpinning is extremely important.During the long-term use of the bridge,due to the factors such as concrete creep and differential settlement of the pile foundation,the actual force of the bridge is inconsistent with the theoretical calculation.The actual force of the pier is measured by the roof support test and compared with the theoretical calculation to determine the lifting force.The comparison and selection of the underpinning scheme,the design of the underpinning structure,the control measures to reduce the subsidence,the main monitoring items and the control values are also introduced.The automated monitoring results in the underpinning meet the design and prior evaluation requirement.
