摘要
超长隧洞局部贯通后,其贯通前采用的施工通风方式往往将不能使用,洞内将形成受隧洞气候影响的自然风,各支洞自然风风速、风向等与气候条件密切相关。为充分利用隧洞贯通后主要由温湿度、气压等形成的自然风来改善隧洞的施工环境,结合引汉济渭秦岭隧洞(越岭段)岭北工程贯通后形成网状隧洞,通过现场测试及隧洞内自然风的形成原因与主要影响因素分析,利用IDA软件对网状隧洞内的各支路自然风的方向、大小进行模拟等手段,提出了增设风门改善洞内环境的方案。通过对风门的开启面积、位置等分析,认为通过调整风门和协调关联工区的工序,可充分利用洞内形成的自然风,以改善隧洞的施工环境。
After a long tunnel is partially holed through,the original ventilation mode in construction will be abandoned.The environment is improved in the tunnel by making full use of the natural wind generated by the factors such as pressure,temperature and humidity.By field tests,IDA software simulation and theoretical analysis of the natural wind in the tunnel network of Qinling Tunnel of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion project,an additional damper is introduced to improve the tunnel construction environment.Based on the analysis of the opening area and position of the damper,it is concluded that the natural wind can be made full use to improve the construction environment in the tunnel by adjusting the parameters of the damper and the process of tunnel excavation.According to the analysis of the natural wind in the tunnel network during construction,some discussions are proposed in this paper to improve the construction environment in the tunnel.
