摘要
以广州市南昆山隧道工程为依托,介绍了新型衬砌台车基本情况,计算了在满足拱顶带模注浆时新型衬砌台车的安全性,并对新型衬砌台车的特点及实用情况进行了介绍。新型衬砌台车的实际应用表明,在采用拱顶带模注浆时,新型衬砌台车刚度满足要求,在使用时安全;双铰式钢端模和复合式钢面板的使用明显提高了二衬浇筑质量,止水带的安装更加方便快捷;新型衬砌台车的无轨行走系统能适应多种地形,爬坡能力强,提高施工效率;为满足清水自密实混凝土的应用,需合理布置浇筑窗口。
Based on Nankunshan Tunnel project in Guangzhou,this paper introduces the basic situation of the new type of lining trolley,calculates the safety of the new type of lining trolley when it meets the requirements of the arch roof grouting with mould,and introduces the characteristics and practical situation of the new type of lining trolley.The practical application of the new type of lining trolley shows that the rigidity of the new type of lining trolley meets the requirements and is safe in use grouting with dome-top strip mould,the use of double-hinged steel end mould and composite steel face plate obviously improves the quality of the second lining casting,and the installation of water stop belt is more convenient and fast,the trackless walking system of the new type of lining trolley can adapt to various topography,has strong climbing ability and improves construction efficiency,in order to satisfy the application of clear water self-compacting concrete,grouting windows are arranged reasonably.
