刮板输送机驱动功率不平衡分析及改进措施 被引量:6

摘要 马兰矿选煤厂针对该厂刮板输送机易出现驱动功率不平衡现象,通过研究了双机驱动时刮板输送机的负载特性曲线,同时基于MATLAB/Simulink软件建立刮板输送机仿真模型,分析了刮板输送机功率不平衡的影响因素。应用模糊PID控制技术有效改善了双电机驱动时刮板输送机由于电机的差异性引起的功率不平衡现象,保证了刮板输送机的正常平稳运行。 In view of the driving power imbalance of scraper conveyor in Malan Mine Coal Preparation Plant,the load characteristic curve of the scraper conveyor driven by two-machine is studied,and the simulation model of scraper conveyor is established based on MATLAB/Simulink software.The influencing factors of power imbalance of the scraper conveyor are analyzed.The fuzzy PID control technology is proposed to effectively improve the power imbalance of scraper conveyor caused by the difference of motor when driven by the double-motor,and to ensure the normal and smooth operation of the scraper conveyor.
