工程陶瓷精密加工研磨液的研究应用现状与展望 被引量:4

摘要 简述用于工程陶瓷精密加工的研磨液主要成分及其作用,综述了近年来国内外工程陶瓷精密加工研磨液的发展现状,通过对加工中金刚石研磨抛光液、磁流变液以及化学机械抛光液等应用的各方面特征总结,得出影响研磨液的因素有磨料和添加剂,指出工程陶瓷精密加工研磨液未来应向环保化、精细化方向发展,对工程陶瓷精密加工有深远意义。 The main components and functions of grinding fluid for precision machining of engineering ceramics are briefly described in this paper,and the development status of grinding fluid for precision machining of engineering ceramics at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed.Through summarizing the characteristics of diamond grinding polishing fluid,magnetorheological fluid,chemical mechanical polishing fluid and other applications in machining,it is concluded that the factors affecting grinding fluid include abrasives and additives.It is pointed out that the grinding fluid for precision machining of engineering ceramics should be developed in the direction of environmental protection and refinement in the future,which has profound significance for precision machining of engineering ceramics.
