摘要
从多主体合作的视角出发,探索研究科技园区创新成果的转化问题,运用演化博弈理论,构建了有限理性条件下园区企业和科研机构的动态演化博弈模型,以企业成果转化成本和科研机构的研发成本作为重要研究参数,得出了不同情形下博弈双方的稳定策略,并运用Matlab软件对不同情形下系统的演化路径进行数值模拟仿真。研究显示:根据企业成果转化成本和科研机构研发成本取值条件不同,系统呈现出五种稳定状态;通过降低企业成果转化成本和科研机构研发成本,有助于推动系统向理想状态演进;除此之外,合作转化的总收益、园区政府的政策支持力度、企业和科研机构的额外收益、背叛合作的惩罚金等因素都会对系统演化结果产生一定的影响。最后,在此基础上提出了促进科技园区创新成果转化的相关建议。
From the perspective of multi-agent cooperation,this paper explores and studies the transformation of innovative achievements in science and technology parks.By using evolutionary game theory,a dynamic evolutionary game model of enterprises and scientific research institutions in science and technology parks under limited rationality is constructed.Taking the transformation cost of enterprise achievements and the research and development cost of scientific research institutions as important research parameters,the stable strategies of both sides of the game under different situations are obtained.The evolution path of the system under different conditions is simulated by using the software of matlab.The research shows that the system presents five stable states according to different valuation conditions of enterprise achievement transformation cost and R&D cost of scientific research institutes;by reducing enterprise achievement transformation cost and R&D cost of scientific research institutes,it helps to promote the evolution of the system to an ideal state;in addition,the total benefits of cooperative transformation,the policy support of the park government,and the additional benefits of enterprises and scientific research institutes.Benefits,penalties for betraying cooperation and other factors will have a certain impact on the evolution of the system.Finally,on this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the transformation of innovation achievements in science and technology parks.
