摘要
大数据时代,信息化侦查已经成为公安机关越来越重要的侦查办案手段。而犯罪行为人对此也心知肚明,因此必然进行反信息化侦查。反信息化侦查行为分为信息切断和信息干扰两种类型,针对视频、电子轨迹、网络分析等不同类型的信息化侦查采取各种复杂的反侦查行为,在实践中主要表现为"去信息化""去真实性"和"去关联性"。反信息化侦查有其技术上和资源上的局限性和有限性,应对反信息化侦查需要改进侦查工作机制和提升大数据技术,包括开展全景式合成侦查,吸取传统模式优点,研发大数据处理技术,有效地防范反信息化侦查行为,提高侦查工作的效率。
In the era of big data,information investigations have become an important means of investigating cases,and criminals know this well,so they must inevitably conduct anti-information investigations.Anti-information investigation behavior is divided into information cut-off and information interference.Various sophisticated anti-inspection behaviors are adopted for information investigations such as video,electronic trajectory,and network analysis.In practice,it mainly manifests as “de-information”and“de-authenticity”And“disassociation.”Anti-information investigation has its technical and resource limitations.It is necessary to improve the investigation working mechanism and upgrade big data technology,including conducting panoramic synthetic investigations,developing big data processing technologies with drawing on the advantages of traditional models,effectively prevent anti-information investigative actions to improve the efficiency of investigation.
