摘要
为了降低尿素装置蒸汽消耗,同时降低产岛中缩二脲含量,在2套CO2汽提法尿素装置中增设了简易中压段,并更换了低压循环系统的精馏塔循环加热器、增设了蒸发工序尿液槽近路。改造实施后,高压系统C02汽提塔出口尿液温度下降4.8℃,低压循环系统精馏塔循环加热器尿液停留时间缩短62.5s,尿素产品含缩二脲质量分数由改造前的0.90%降至0.81%。
In order to reduce the steam consumption of the urea unit and reduce the biuret content in the product,a simple medium pressure section is added to the two sets of C02 stripping urea unit,and the distillation tower circulation heater of the low pressure circulation system is replaced,and the evaporation process urea solution tank shortcut is added.After the implementation of the revamp,the urea solution temperature of the high pressure system C02 stripper outlet decreases by 4.8%,the urea solution residence time of the low pressure circulation system distillation tower circulation heater is shortened by 62.5 s,and the mass fraction of biuret contained in urea product is decreased from 0.90%before the transformation to 0.81%.
