摘要
基于精密测头转接件特殊的结构特点、几何位置精度较高等要求,考虑产品批量较大的生产需要,结合三轴加工中心数控设备的实际,分析生产工艺特点。重点设计专用夹具,合理安排生产的关键工序,形成完整的生产工艺,编辑好加工程序并付诸生产应用,取得了良好的实际效果,具有一定推广价值。
Based on the special structural characteristics of the precision probe adapter and the high geometric position accuracy, considering the needs of large-scale production of the batch, combined with the actuality of the numerical control equipment of the three-axis machining center, the characteristics of the production process were analyzed. Pay attention to the design of special fixtures in the process design, reasonably arrange the key links of production, form a complete production process, edit the processing procedures and put them into production and application,which obtain good practical results and have certain value.
