摘要 漳村煤矿井下电单轨吊机车存在充电耗时长、人力消耗大、操作繁琐等诸多不便,严重制约了高效生产。为解决该问题,对井下电单轨吊机车充电工作情况进行全面升级改进,研发了电牵引单轨吊机车电瓶自动更换装置,利用废旧的回收物料进行设计改装,实现对电牵引单轨吊机车电瓶装置的自动更换。随着该装置的应用,电单轨吊机车充电效率明显提高,井下人力消耗显著降低。 In view of the inconvenience of charging such as long charging time,high labor consumption and cumbersome operation,the underground power rail monorail locomotive in the Zhangcun coal mine severely restricts efficient production. In order to solve this problem, a comprehensive upgrade and improvement of the charging work of the underground electric monorail crane were carried out, and an electric automatic replacement device for the electric traction monorail crane locomotive was invented,which was designed and modified by using waste recycling materials to realize the electric traction monorail. With the application of the device, the charging efficiency of the electric monorail crane is obviously improved, the manpower consumption in the underground is significantly reduced.
