摘要
开放教育与职业教育的融合发展既是人才培养体制的改革与创新,也是现代教育发展的趋势。两类教育在人才培养的核心理念上具有一致性,同时,两者各有优势,融合发展可以优势互补,节约成本,提高效率,促进两类教育高质量发展。二者融合的途径包括衔接学历教育,整合双方优质资源,共同推动终身教育体系建设以及共同搭建终身学习“立交桥”。
The integrated development of open education and vocational education education is not only a reform and innovation in the educational system,but also a trend in the modem education.The two types of education are consistent in the core concept of personnel training,and at the same time,they have their respective advantages.In feet,integrated development complement mutual advantages by saving costs,improving efficiency and promoting the high-quality development for both sides.The Open University of Guangdong,taking the lead,has made a number of achievements in the integration of open education and higher vocational education,the construction of credit banks,the construction of the qualification framework for life-long education,etc,thus set up a model for the integrated development of open and higher vocational education.
