摘要
【目的】本文研究了一种周年高效繁育马铃薯原原种的雾培技术。【方法】针对不同品种开展雾培繁殖马铃薯原原种试验研究,发现通过营养液控温可降低植株根系气温波动,延长有效结薯期,显著提高产量和平均薯重。并以此为基础,引入剪尖和CCC叶面喷施的植株管理方式。【结果】研制出温物化三控雾培技术,能进一步提高产量,且发现不同熟期的马铃薯品种适宜的植株管理方式不同。早熟品种兴佳2号的最适方式为营养液控温+CCC 800倍液叶面喷施2次或营养液控温+剪尖1次+CCC 800倍液叶面喷施1次;晚熟品种青薯9号是营养液控温+CCC 800倍液叶面喷施3次,该技术较传统雾培增产60%以上。【结论】温物化三控雾培技术有利于挖掘单株增产潜力、提高产量和效益,对成都平原生态区雾培生产马铃薯原原种具有指导意义。
【Objective】An aeroponics technique for annual high-efficient propagation of potato mini-tubers was studied.【Method】Through the experiment of different varieties of potato mini-tuber propagated by aeroponics,it was found that temperature control of nutrient solution could reduce the fluctuation of root temperature,prolong the effective potato-bearing period,and significantly improve the yield and average weight.On this basis,the thermo-physical-chemical triple regulation of aeroponic potatoes by introducing plant management methods of cutting tips and foliar spraying CCC was developed.【Result】This technique could further increase the production in different degrees according to varieties.The optimum way for early-maturing variety Xingjia 2 was temperature control of nutrient solution+foliar spraying 800×CCC twice or temperature control of nutrient solution+cutting tips once+foliar spraying 800×CCC once;And for late-maturing variety Qing-shu 9 was temperature control of nutrient solution+three times of foliar spraying 800×CCC,the yield of mini-tuber by thermo-physical-chemical triple regulation was increased over 60%than traditional way.【Conclusion】The thermo-physical-chemical triple regulation was beneficial to tap the yield potential of single plant,increase the yield and profit,and provided guiding significance for the production of potato mini-tubers in Chengdu plain ecological area.
