叶螨虫害对大白柠条叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】本文探究了大白柠条(Caragana sp.)受叶螨(Tetranychidae)虫害侵扰之后的叶片表现性状以及对植株叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以期为大白柠条叶螨虫害预防提供理论依据和参考价值。【方法】将大白柠条受害情况分成5个等级,测量不同虫害程度下的各个叶绿素荧光参数。暗处理的参数选择在23:00-4:00测量,其他参数则在上午9:30-11:30进行测量。【结果】初始荧光(Fo)和非光化学淬灭(qN)随着虫害程度的增加而显著增加,但qN的值远低于正常值。最大荧光(Fm)、PSII的最大量子产量(Fv/Fm)、实际光量子产量(ΦPSII)、电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学淬灭(qP)随虫害程度增加而减小且与虫害程度呈极显著负相关;叶螨虫害迫使(O-J-I-P)快速荧光曲线发生改变,在Ⅲ级虫害时,出现了拐点K,曲线初始斜率(Mo)、J点的相对可变荧光强度(Vj)大体呈上升趋势且较Ⅰ级有了不同程度的涨幅,大白柠条的光和性能指数(PI)比(Fv/Fm)更敏感。因此,PI参数的变化也可以用来反应叶螨虫害对大白柠条的影响。【结论】虫害侵扰影响了柠条叶片叶绿素荧光参数、叶片性能指数、PSII电子供体侧、受体侧以及电子传递链的功能,使叶片快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线由O-J-I-P变形为O-K-J-I-P曲线。损害了柠条叶片光合机构的正常功能。 【Objective】This paper aimed to explore the effects of Tetranychidae insects on the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Caragana sp.and its leaf traits to provide a theoretical basis and reference value for the prevention of Tetranychidae insects pests of Caragana sp.【Method】After a series of investigations,the damages of Caragana sp.were divided into five grades,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of different insects pest levels were measured.The parameters requiring dark treatment were selected at 23:00-4:00,draw the O-J-I-P curve,and other parameters were measured at 9:30-11:30 am.【Result】The initial fluorescence(Fo)and non-photochemical quenching(qN)increased significantly with the increase of insect pest degree,but the value of qN was much lower than the normal value.Maximum fluorescence(Fm),maximum quantum yield(Fv/Fm)of PSII,actual photon yield(ΦPSII),electron transport rate(ETR),and photochemical quenching(qP)decrease with increasing pest level and were extremely significantly negative correlation;Tetranychidae insects forced(OJIP)rapid fluorescence curve to change,in the case of class III insects,the inflection point K appeared,the initial slope of the curve(Mo),the relative variable fluorescence intensity of the J point(Vj)generally increased and the level I had the increase to some extent,and the light and performance index(PI)of the large white catfish were more sensitive than the(Fv/Fm).Therefore,the change of the PI parameter could also be used to reflect the effects of Tetranychidae insects on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Caragana sp.【Conclusion】Pest infestation affected the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,leaf performance index,PSII electron donor side,receptor side and the electron transport chain of Caragana korshinskii leaves,which transformed the leaf rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics curve from O-J-I-P to O-K-J-I-P curve.It damaged the normal function of the photosynthetic apparatus of Caragana korshinskii leaves.
