摘要 为了有效地预警程潮铁矿采场地压显现的易发性状况,通过现场调研选取埋深、抗压强度和顶板管理等8种影响因素作为评价指标,利用变异系数法赋予各项评价指标的权重,基于密切值法理论建立采场地压显现预警模型。将此模型应用于程潮铁矿的油库和5-1工作面,通过分析密切值的大小预测程潮铁矿的油库和5-1工作面的易发性状况。结果表明:油库有低易发的危险;5-1工作面有中易发的危险;该模型预警结果与实际状况相吻合。可见该方法有效可行,能够为矿山采场地压显现的预警提供有益的指导。 In order to effectively warn the susceptibility of stope pressure appearance in Chengchao Iron Mine,through on-site research,eight factors such as depth of burial,compressive strength and top plate management were selected as evaluation indicators,using the coefficient of variation method to give the weight of the evaluation index,the early warning model of the pressure appearance of the mining site was established based on the theory of close value method.This model was applied to the oil reservoir and 5-1 working surface of the Chengchao Iron Mine,predicting the vulnerability of oil depot and 5-1 working face in Chengchao Iron Mine by analyzing the size of close value.The results show that the oil depot has low and easy danger,5-1 work surface has the risk of medium and easy,and the early warning results of the model are consistent with the actual situation.It can be seen that this method is effective and feasible,and can provide useful guidance for the early warning of pressure appearance at mine mining sites.
