均匀覆冰时重冰区110 kV直线塔关键构件的受力分析 被引量:21

摘要 高压输电线路覆冰导致倒塔、断线等事故严重影响电网的安全可靠运行,目前国内外对110 kV酒杯型直线塔在覆冰作用下的受力研究较少。以韶关重冰区110 kV输电线路为例,基于有限元分析建立了1:1比例的输电塔仿真模型,分析酒杯型直线塔在均匀覆冰时的力学规律。以30种风速和覆冰组合对酒杯型直线塔进行仿真,并根据节点位移和轴向应力大小分布得出杆塔的薄弱部位、节点位移与轴向应力随外界荷载的变化规律和杆塔失效判据曲线;最后,基于仿真结果和在线监测模型,提出了一种计算关键构件轴向应力和节点位移的方法。由仿真结果得到关键构件处节点位移和轴向应力的拟合式,并根据杆塔的失效判据将杆塔安全状态划分为安全、预警和危险来评估杆塔所受荷载程度;利用仿真结果、在线监测模型和在线监测数据能得出关键构件的轴向应力和节点位移。 Accidents such as tower collapse and breakage caused by icing on high voltage transmission lines seriously affect the safe and reliable operation of power grid.At present,there are few studies on the force of the 110 kV cup-type tangent tower with icing nationally and internationally.Based on 110 kV transmission lines in Shaoguan heavy icing area,the transmission tower simulation model with a 1:1 ratio is established to analyze the mechanics of the cup-type tangent tower with uniform icing by finite element analysis.The cup-type tangent tower is simulated by using 30 combinations of wind speed and ice coating.According to the joint displacement and axial stress distribution,the variation of the weak part of the tower,the joint displacement and axial stress with the external load is obtained,as well as the failure criterion curve of the tower.Finally,combined with the simulation results and online monitoring model,a method for calculating the axial stress and joint displacement of key components is proposed,and a fitted formula of the joint displacement and axial stress is obtained.By using the failure criterion curve of the tower,the safety state of the tower is divided into three levels:security,early warning,and risk,evaluating the force of the tower.In addition,the joint displacement and axial stress of the key components can be obtained by the simulation results and online monitoring model.
