摘要 提高教学质量是高等教育的生命线,加强教学质量监控与评价是实现高等教育可持续发展、保证教学质量的有力措施。绵阳师范学院以教学质量监控与评价为抓手,构建并有效实施了“一体系、两针对、两规范、七制度”的本科教学质量“1227”监控与评价机制。通过这一机制的推广应用,提高了学校的整体办学水平,巩固了教学的中心地位,强化了人才培养的质量,提升了学校办学的社会声誉。 Improving the quality of teaching is the lifeline of higher education. Strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality is a powerful measure to realize the sustainable development of higher education and guarantee the quality of teaching. Based on the monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality,mianyang normal university has constructed and effectively implemented the " 1227" monitoring and evaluation mechanism of undergraduate teaching quality with " one system,two aims,two norms and seven systems". Through the promotion and application of this mechanism,the overall level of running a school has been improved,the central position of teaching has been consolidated,the quality of personnel training has been strengthened,and the social reputation of running a school has been enhanced.
