摘要
探讨基于单龙带式假捻装置的低扭矩赛络集聚色纺纱性能。系统研究了纺纱方法、纤维色比、精梳占比、纱线线密度等工艺参数对低扭矩赛络集聚色纺纱性能的影响规律。结果表明:基于单龙带式假捻的低扭矩纺纱技术可实现色纺纱纱体柔软蓬松,有效降低残余扭矩和表面毛羽,改善条干均匀度,并小幅提高成纱断裂强度,但对断裂伸长率有负面影响。认为:基于单龙带式假捻装置的低扭矩赛络集聚色纺纱可改善色纺织物的布面外观质量。
The properties of low torque colored spun yarns based on false twisting with single tangential belt were discussed.The influences of process parameters like spinning method,fiber color contrast,combing percentage,yarn linear density etc.on the properties of low torque condensed colored spun yarn were systematically studied.The results showed that the colored spun yarn body was soft and fluffy by the low torque spinning technology based on false twisting with single.Residual torque and surface hairiness could be efficiently reduced.The yarn evenness was improved and the yarn breaking tenacity was slightly increased.However,the influence on breaking elongation ratio was negative.It is considered that the surface appearance quality of the improved colored spun fabric can be improved by low torque spinning based on false twisting with single tangential belt.
