摘要
本试验旨在研究全株玉米青贮对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响,为推进全株玉米青贮的应用和肉羊健康养殖提供理论依据。选用健康无病、平均体重为(32.0±1.7)kg的杜寒羊24只,按同质原则分为2组,每组12只。对照组试验羊饲喂以羊草为粗饲料的饲粮,试验组试验羊饲喂以全株玉米青贮为粗饲料的饲粮。饲养试验共持续75 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期65 d。正试期最后1天每组选择6只羊进行屠宰,测定屠宰性能和肉品质。结果显示:1)试验组的平均日干物质采食量和料重比均显著低于对照组(P>0.05),平均日增重与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)各屠宰性能指标2组之间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)试验组的背最长肌GR值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),滴水损失率较对照组降低了17.5%(P>0.05),蒸煮损失率与剪切力与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,全株玉米青贮提高了肉羊的生长性能,改善了肉品质。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of whole corn silage on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of mutton sheep,and provide a theory basis for promoting whole corn silage utilization and healthy breeding of mutton sheep.Twenty-four Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred sheep with good body weight and average body weight of(32.0±1.7)kg were randomly divided into two groups according to the homogeneous principle,with 12 replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate.In the control group,the sheep were fed a diet using Leymus chinensis as roughage,while the sheep in the experimental group were fed a diet using whole corn silage as roughage.The feeding trial lasted for 75 days,including 10 days of pre-test period and 65 days of formal period.On the last day of the formal period,six sheep were selected for slaughter in each group.The slaughter performance and meat quality of mutton sheep were determined,separately.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily dry matter intake and feed/gain of the trial group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily gain between the two groups(P>0.05).2)There were no significant differences in slaughter performance indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).3)The GR value of the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The drip loss rate of the trial group was reduced by 17.5%compared with the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the cooking lose rate and shear force between the two groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,whole corn silage can improve the growth performance and meat quality of mutton sheep.
