摘要
文章运用问卷调查方法收集数据,利用SPSS软件和AMOS软件进行数据分析,发现静态知识获取方式和动态知识获取方式都能促进自身的知识增长和心流体验的产生,但是静态知识获取方式对这二者的影响效应更显著,知识增长和心流体验正向影响个人对知识获取活动的满意度。在用户知识获取过程中,认知资本以及关系资本在静态知识获取影响知识增长的过程中起正向调节作用。
In this paper, data were collected by questionnaire survey and analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software. The results show that both static and dynamic knowledge acquisition can promote the knowledge growth and flow experience, however, the static knowledge acquisition has a significant effect, knowledge growth and flow experience have a positive impact on individual satisfaction with knowledge acquisition activities. In the process of knowledge acquisition of users, cognitive and relational capital play a positive regulatory role when knowledge acquisition affecting knowledge growth.
